Transmission measurements of sample 2. Transmission S21 at room temperature (red lines) and 20 K in cryoprobe (blue lines) for different bias voltages (0, 1, 2, 3 V). A numerical smoothing function was used to remove oscillations seen in Figure 3. At room temperature, increasing the reverse voltage above 2 V has almost no influence on bandwidth, while at 20 K, 0.5 V is sufficient.
