Prajapati [61] The author countered the autocorrelation by presenting the new chart based on Chi-squares theory. The readings were taken for the quantity of syrup and level of correlation was found and compared with new chart for sample size of four. The level of correlation was found to be 0.50 among the industry data. Finally it was concluded that wherever there is autocorrelation in the industries, it is more economical to use new chart than traditional X bar chart for sample size of four. Prajapati and Singh [62] The level of correlation for the weights of tablets was computed in pharmaceutical industry by using chart. The design of chart was modified based upon the Chi-square theory.
